FORMULA 1 GRANDE PRÊMIO DO BRASIL 2020
The Brazilian Grand Prix was first held in 1973 at Interlagos, and it was won by defending world champion and São Paulo born Emerson Fittipaldi. What will happen in the 2020 Brazilian Grand Prix?
In the final race of the 2008 season in Brazil, Lewis Hamilton became the youngest Formula One world champion, to that point in Formula One history.
The GP has been won 6 times by Alain Prost, with Carlos Reuteman and Michael Schumacher winning 4 times.
Nico Rosberg has won the last 2 GP for Mercedes so can he make it a third consecutive victory in the 2016 Brazilian GP?
Well what a race! After red flags and restarts PLUS the pouring rain and the crashes, and saves, it was yet again the “Rain Master” Lewis Hamilton who triumphed in these adverse conditions.
So the race for the Drivers Championship is still alive with only one more race. So if Lewis wins and Nico is above 3rd he becomes the new World Champion.
2017 Brazilian GP
Mercedes driver Valtteri Bottas started from pole position with Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Räikkönen behind. This was after World Champion Lewis Hamilton crashed out of qualifying early and started from the pit lane.
Vettel overtook Bottas on the first corner, after which he set the pace through most of the race. So Vettel won the Grand Prix, followed by Bottas and Räikkönen. Hamilton eventually climbed to fourth. He was closing to less than one second of a podium finish.
2018 Brazilian GP
